In this murky world we live surely something will be done for the good of the share-holders. I have worked and saved for many years, lived an honest life just so this can happen. Obviously honesty is not the best policy. I'm in a bad place right now.

We the undersigned demand that all current North Sea Licences allocated to Xcite Energy Limited (XEL) and Xcite Energy Resources (XER) are temporarily suspended forthwith, with a view to finally cancelling the Licence should the Board of Directors and Bondholders not engage further with the Private Shareholders.
XEL is to be liquidated. Please consider invoking the relevant clause in the Model Clauses.
XER has no viable financial future. Please refer to your Petroleum Licensing Financial Guidance: Financial Viability Notes.

We have been mislead ever since the sale of oil that was produced. This is one of the largest oil finds in the north sea, there is no way this company should be in this situation now, I am now totally convinced the board of directors have conned and defrauded us shareholders, I personally have lost in excess of £250000.
