please add my 50k shareholding to the list.
Absolutely disgraceful management. I also thought that XER had the rights to intellectual property with ref to oil extraction which was supposedly valuable?
Cole needs a good kicking for the way he and the bod have lied and deceived shareholders. A good stretch at her majesties leisure would sort him out.

There is a free Company Check Site for Rupert Ellison Code. It is a revelation consisting four pages. Director of 35 Companies, 34 of which have been dissolved, only one active is XEL Ltd. Look at last page which refers to over 3000 Companies where Xel Director/Secretary by the name of Brighton Director Limited have only 109 Directorships remaining. It's a mystery to me as I am only an insignificant Pensioner about to loose life savings. If any shareholders are clever enough to decipher what this all means, please let the rest of us know. Good Luck to all.

My spouse, children and I hold 676,000 shares in XEL.
I feel that the XEL board of directors have been negligent in their duties to shareholders and have been misleading ordinary shareholders.
For the BOD to say that finance would not be an issue was a total misrepresentation of the actual facts.
Too many RNS's stating about ongoing discussions without disclosure of meaningful facts to shareholders was very misleading. Shareholders have lost out (£623,440) whilst the BOD continued to collect their remuneration for months and months knowing too well that they were not up to the task and incompetent.
I seek justice.

I feel that the BoD have totally failed to safeguard shareholder interests and have misrepresented the true position of the company for the past three years

Shareholder for many years, thought this was one of the safest shares on AIM - in North Sea, great asset, EWT, Sold produced oil via BP etc etc. How did it get to this?
All of the hoo-ha in the press with Philip Green & what he did to BHS & their pensions. MPs always want to look backwards and find out why it happened after the event. Well Theresa May, this is happening NOW! People's hard-earned money & pension pots going down the swanny. Money that could have been pumped back into the economy when the asset came good & shareholders got their just rewards. Instead, we're getting fleeced & the 1% getting richer. How about the PM and MPs get PROACTIVE for a change and intervene on this corrupt casino that is AIM.

If the licences are acquired in the future compensation must be paid the the investors who have lost large amounts of money.

Disgusted at the way shareholders were lied to and subsequently treated. A significant asset given away for nothing - ridiculous.

In total agreement with many of the comments on here. A disgrace how this company has been run over the past 2 years.
