It's very unethical to cremate a next of kin on a later day. If the medical field lab techs and Doctors work 24 /7 to ensure that patients are treated timeously...it's humanity to cremate a few hours after death. This is very important with the thought of re- incarnation.

I cannot see why these services should not be available when all other funeral related services are available. Besides this is disrespectful to religious beliefs. We should be building a rainbow nation not destroying it.

Restriction on weekends and public holidays is not only an inconsideration to bereaved families and religious beliefs but also a violation, without cause, to the rights of the communities that are dependant on this much needed service.

Instead of making bylaws that serves to create tension , why don't they create a law that states that any cremation or cemetery not maintained will result in the persons being fired . No one decides when thay want to die and this will result in mortuaries getting congested.

If one cannot cremate on a weekend then why are other burials allowed on weekends at Avalon. There should be fairness for all that want to use the Avalon cemetery and crematorium. Further where is the respect and tolerance for all South Africans.

Its against our reglious right to dispose of the deceased as soon as possible n reglious rights are carried as soon funeral is over n has to be done specific days, this way causes more traum for the family. It must be stoped .tnk u
