"Many other Countries in Asia are using this strategy to have their foreign nationals actively participate in the development of their country. The Phillipines especially is taking great advantage of this with their naturalized American citizens. We could copy sometimes the smart moves other countries use to help themselves. It does Developping Countries no good to raise great people export them out and refuse them the right to citizenship for their own benefit. The taxes they pay and much more is lost forever."

The growth in this campaign has reached a point where we can now move toward formal discussions with relevant stakeholders. I am currently drafting a letter for the Ministry of Justice to ensure our core arguments on economic development are clearly presented.

i'm at loss re. the logics of Cameroon not conceding dual citizenship to its own expatriate natives. this can only be net beneficial to Cameroon
CAMEROON NEEDS TO WAKE UP. SO MANY COMPETENT PEOPLE OUT HERE WANTING TO INVEST BUT GETTING BLOCKED BY THESE OLD LAWS
its long overdue. other countries are miles ahead of us on this.
it makes no sense that i have to apply for a visa just to see my own family. enough is enough
my kids were born in the states and i want them to feel connected to home. dual citizenship is the only way this works
I do not want to be a tourist in my own country of origin when I visit
we should consider dual nationality in cameroon it is important

I was very blessed to recently find out via African Ancestry DNA that I share maternal ancestry (the lineage through my mother's line) with the Mafa people of Cameroon. I cried when I read the findings because now I know where my maternal lineage originated. It would be most beneficial if Cameroon would offer dual citizenship for descendants of the Cameroonian slaves that were wrongfully taken from their homeland centuries ago. I want to visit my maternal ancestral homeland, and I would love to share dual citizenship with Cameroon. Peace, blessing and much love to my Cameroonian family.
