Residents have made numerous calls with Cox and Camden Living management with no resolution to date. Little to no response and/or updates on the matter are also lacking.
Camden management continues to charge residents $50 a month while KNOWING that the cable server is not at an acceptable level. Some compensation should be delivered to residents here as well as residents have continued to pay $50 a month for non working services.

The reach of this petition has reached a point where management can no longer ignore our collective position. I am currently finalizing a formal letter to the regional director to demand an immediate credit for the months of service outages.

Ridiculous that we are still paying for this. I havent had a clear picture in weeks and they ignore my emails. Give us our money back.
ITS BEEN MONTHS. fix it or stop charging us for a service we cant even use. so frustrating to deal with management here.

Enough is enough. taking 50 bucks a month for broken cable is straight theft. do better.
