We the electorate of Guyana are calling for the resignation of GECOM Chairman Dr Steve Surujbally and his CEO Mr Lowenfield,since we have lost confidence in them in declaring our 2015 elections results in a timely manner.
Elections were held on the 11 th May 2015,and four days after we cannot get the results of a winner,this has led us to suspicions that they are in skulduggery and want to rigged the elections in favor of PPP which is the loser.

The level of incompetence on display by GECOM this year is inexcusable. The chairman and CEO have both shown their lack of respect for the media when being questioned on issues of vital importance to the electorate. After repeated assurance of their readiness for elections, they have instead shown us their ill-preparedness in dealing with the entire electoral process and as such, should be relieved of their duties with immediate effect!
They truly are incompetent, surely didn't learn from the last time.

The refusal to honor their word with the coalition and their tardiness in declaring the result was unprofessional and a disrespect to the Guyanese people.
