In 2011 the Isle of Wight schools tier system changed from 3 to 2, during the period before the 2 tier system was introduced, schools were at a very good grade from Ofsted and pupils grades were at a high standard. We are now in 2013, and the number of schools that have been put into "Special Measures" is increasing quite rapidly, like likes of Cowes, Sandown and Carrisbrooke were all put into these measures, but now we have received news that Barton Primary school has fallen into this bracket, kids are now suffering from an early age. Please sign this so we can organise a public meeting discussing people views on the matter.
