We all like to feel safe, but accidents are inevitable. therefore we need something that will give each and one of us and opportunity to save someone's life or be save by someone. This petitions modifies the law of California towards driver licenses. With this proposition California will require everyone of the age 21 and over to have CPR certification if they request a drivers license. The certification will only be forced once, although every time you renew your license you will need to pass a small written test. Teen students could receive education about it during High School but the certification will still have to be required. The California DMV will be inform of the changes that will start with the new generations. The driver's license will be modified to inform the driver is certified, instead of carrying two separate identifications. Government will provide with a small amount of the cost to get certified with money from taxes, therefore you'll still have to provide some of the total amount. Please, let's take action and stand behind me in this petition. Your signature could be saving someone's life, could be your friend, your parent, your kid or even your own.

This is actually a great idea. You see accidents all the time on the freeway and nobody knows what to do. At least this way people might actually be semi prepared.
