The plans for the gravel pit have been officially withdrawn. It has been an exhausting road to get here but we finally secured the outcome we needed for our landscape. I will keep watching the official filings to ensure this remains buried for good.

Ridiculous idea. The traffic between wallingford and cholsey is already bad enough without heavy plant machinery everywhere.
