The city finally granted our liquor license and I am still trying to process that we actually succeeded. This fight drained everything we had yet you showed up anyway to ensure we could keep our doors open. We are going to rest now but we will be ready to serve …

Café Sauvage tells a love story and we need your help to continue revealing that story. We all want small businesses to survive and we need more intimate dinner places in Boston, MA. The first French and multicultural bistro located in the heart of the Back Bay neighborhood needs to be able to serve wine, and beer in order for patrons and customers to fully enjoy themselves when paired with the delicious food. "Us as owners we did everything that we could to open the restaurant and offer you a small overview of what our Paris is about "Diversity, Fraternity, and Inclusivity". We can't afford to buy a liquor license but with your support, we might be lucky enough to be selected to win one."

If you are living in the Back Bay area, letters of support are also welcome. Send us [email protected].

The momentum building behind this request is heavy and overwhelming in the best way. Getting this kind of affirmation that people want us to succeed keeps me moving when the obstacles feel impossible to clear.

Please grant Café Sauvage a liquor license to serve wine and beer. My husband and I are not big drinkers, but we enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. This charming bistro deserves your consideration!

We need to keep this area alive and thriving after dark. A large number of street level commercial spaces are boarded up. The Mass Ave corridor needs to grow and prosper.

We should be doing everything we can to help small businesses stay open and solvent during the pandemic. No restaurant should be denied a liquor license because of arbitrary regulations. 1) Grant the license. 2) Make sure they have the training so they can serve responsibility. 3) Get out of the way. 4) Don't make us keep telling you this.

As a restaurant entrepreneur I understand the value and revenue associated with the ability to sell beer and wine. I look forward to seeing how the Cafe Sauvage team would creatively work the additions into their menu. Cheers! #DiversityFraternityInclusivity

Cafe Sauvage is a valuable addition to the neighborhood and fills the void left by the Crossroads closing. Being able to have a glass of wine with dinner isn't too much to ask and would help them further build their business. Boston needs to move away from its reputation as the city of "NO."

You deserve to be given a wine & beer license. I live a block away from your restaurant and love going there. The food is fabulous and you provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. I wish you all the best.

For this restaurant to be successful, they really need to serve wine and beer especially because this is a French !
