I AM PETITIONING TO HAVE CAFCASS, THEIR OFFICERS/ADVISORS, AND THEIR PROCEDURES INVESTIGATED BY A THIRD PARTY OUTSIDE OF CAFCASS, AND EITHER RUN PROPERLY, OR NOT AT ALL AND NOT BE USED BY THE COURTS. Having dealt with CAFCASS myself and having read alot of other peoples experiences of CAFCASS in the Family Court System, they cause more harm than they have ever caused good. Every year thousands of families have CAFCASS involved in their lives, making major decisions about childrens lives and safety that alot of the time are not investigated properly. They are then put before a judge who takes their word over anything else. Complaints about CAFCASS workers go to their manager, who does nothing but side with the CAFCASS worker you are complaining about, and nothing gets done, however your case is guaranteed to take a massive turn against you, and any problems you had before, tend to just get worse. They constantly tell one parent one thing, and the court something completely different, they disclose your medical history to the other parent involved in the court proceedings, even if you have specifically requested they don't, and it being illegal anyway. It's literally their word against yours and they all side together and you get absolutely no where. IF YOU HAVE DEALT WITH CAFCASS YOURSELF AND HAD PROBLEMS, OR EVEN IF YOU HAVEN'T PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION. MANY CHILDRENS LIVES ARE BEING PUT AT RISK BY UNTRAINED BIASED PEOPLE WHO DON'T DO THEIR JOB!! Thank you.
