I have been reading the stories you are all leaving and I am truly humbled by the courage it takes to share such painful experiences. This is not about me but about the collective weight of what so many of you have endured and I am just doing my best to make sure these accounts are finally seen.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have come forward to share their own difficult experiences. This momentum belongs entirely to you and the courage you have shown in speaking up for families everywhere.

I am in shock by this organisation in so many ways, not listening to the children, make assumptions not based on facts, not focusing on the children's best interest, take things out of context and not reporting what has actually been said, personal inaccurate interpretations, not reading information given to them, not filing on time, not interviewing people that is involved with the children, all in all a dangerous organisation for our children!
I left my violet ex partner 3 years ago, in 2013 the court with cafcass agreement granted me and my son a no contact order, but sadly last year he applied again and even tho he has had 3 more violent convictions since 2013.. Cafcass and thus the court, deem it ok for letter box contact, so I am now ordered to receive and reply to his post 3 times a year. He was asked in court if he wanted school reports and a school photo and he said "he's not interested".. The system is a joke, I made a formal complaint about the bias cafcass report but didnt have the money to right it. Cafcass and its worker don't always get it right! Children's emotional and physical welfare is at risk.
Children are being put at risk by their negligence. Children are clearly not what is paramount to cafcass
CAFCASS are a complete waste of space.They are not fit for purpose and therefore should be disbanded!!!
Cafcass must be forced to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and stop ruining absent parents lives and the lives of the children who have a right to see them

They have written very biased reports completely disregarding my thoughts and taking the fathers with ease. He is a manipulative liar and an emotional abuser hence why I took my daughter when I left...but now at 16 months she is being forced to see him and she is clearly uncomfortable and distressed as all she does it cry in his company, but I can't do anything about it because she apparently has to have contact regardless of how upset she gets. They're as biased as can be and lie about having been in the same situations as us
