Bustedmugshots.com, a central Texas slandering news letter, displaying the misfortune and mistakes made by the public must give the option to contest the public posting of pictures. By signing this petition you are agreeing that this publication violates common law privacy by providing embarrassing content to its readers. The pictures of the charged offenders violate their privacy and could harm the individual in further life development. Please stop these publications or at least provide the option to opt out. Publications in Florida offer these services and so should Bustedmugshots.com

These sights are exploiting innocent people an arrest means nothing, its an accusation and anyone can accuse you of anything! It doesn't make it true! Innocent until proven guilty! These sights then extort you for thousands to remove your name!!!! It will take your life and that's not how the laws work in this country this is totally WRONG! PLUS they are using your picture to profit! The police sell your picture to these agencies and I have no doubt are getting kick backs in this extortion ring! A class action lawsuit is coming for these criminals!
