the current system is basically a death penalty for local shops. fix this.
its unfair and hurts the local economy. change it now.
total nonsense that people lose their livelihoods because of this. keep the doors open please.
My dad worked 60 hours a week to build his shop just so the govt could take half of it when he passed. Ridiculous.
Working hard your whole life should mean you can pass something down to your kids. stop punishing hard work.

YES. We should be helping small businesses stay in the family not forcing them to sell out just to pay a tax bill.
