Buru Buru Phase V residents demand immediate action, answers, and investigation into the water vending business going on as the residents go without water for the third month in a row. There seems to be complicity/duplicity of Nairobi Water personnel, management and City Officials, who refer complaints right back to the Nairobi Water MD, Eng. Gichuki, who does nothing and never responds.

We have complained about an extention build ontop of water supply lines causing slow flow of water that's in katulo court hse number 283... The owner has been bribing council pple even after being given notice buy the city council
Water is life. We have been deprived the joy of living for the past 3months! No concrete explanation for this, no action taken and the most frustrating no authority response. Let justice prevail!
This has to come to a stop. K-South that had water issues a while back now has it and we don't. Using the construction of the dual carriage way as an excuse won't do. I ask for water.
Its unfair to totally cut water off just for a few to gain by selling water. We are only asking for our right as Nairobi residents and Kenyans, to have equal distribution of water
This artificial shortage of water needs to be stopped. Other phases have water. We have been seeing water lorries delivering water in the this phase at a high rate. Something is wrong?

I have already instructed my lawyer to engage NCWSC in non-litigation conversation about their services. Kaplan&Stratton are soon to keep me posted...
