The developers keep tearing down our history to put up these monstrosities that look like they belong on a different planet. I am spending my nights digging through planning office records to expose exactly how they are bypassing our local character guidelines. They think we will just give up and go away but they are dead wrong.

The Millcreek planning board can no longer ignore this groundswell of residents demanding an end to their reckless development. We are gaining real momentum and forcing them to confront the damage they have caused to our neighborhood character.

Total insanity what they are letting developers get away with. My backyard has no privacy anymore thanks to the new build.
FINALLY. Someone is doing something about these eyesores. My property value is dropping fast because of that monstrosity next door.
Just want some common sense guidelines for builders. Seems fair.
keep the neighborhood character. we dont need more mansions that dont fit.
Millcreek used to be such a nice quiet area. Now every week there is another massive house looming over everyone else. Stop this now.

The new houses going up are just way too big for these lots. It ruins the whole look of our street.
