The skateboarding life is becoming extremely hard in DFW, Texas. It is becoming harder to find any good skate spots. Mostly because most places you are not legally allowed to skate ANYWHERE ANYMORE. We have thousands, maybe even millions of skateboards in DFW. Tons of skateboarders in DFW are getting tickets, citations, and in some cases threats to be arrested or actually have been arrested for JUST skating. We have many skate parks inDFW. But most of them are all paid parks. With skate parks mainly being the only legal way to skateDFW anymore, many low income and poverty stricken people that love the art of skateboarding are unable to afford to go to these paid skate parks, and they are forced to risk getting a ticket or a citation that they would not be able to pay for with money and they would have warrants issued for their arrests and be arrested for doing something that they love. Something that possibly helps them cope with being low income or poverty stricken. And just expressing the creativity through the art of skateboarding. Often times police inDFW use excessive force against skateboarders. DFW is in need of a Safe Spot Skate Spot to skate. Please show your support by signing this petition.
