We, the undersigned residents of Capestone community, Mango Hill, request that Urbex, the developers of our estate, build the lake that was promised to us.
We have all paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest in this wonderful community and we expect you to deliver your end of the deal.
For too many years we have been told the lake is just around the corner but that corner still looks to be years away.
We demand a written commitment from Urbex by 30 June 2018 specifying key milestones towards meaningful and TIMELY progress towards the construction of our lake. Your failure to meet this expectation may result in further action.

I have spent my mornings walking past the empty lot where our water should be and it is getting harder to stare at that dirt. Your stories about the broken promises you received when you first bought your homes are fueling my drive to get this meeting with the developers.

The momentum behind this is incredible and it proves that my neighbors feel the same frustration I do every time I look at that empty dirt patch. We gave Urbex our trust when we bought these homes and now they finally see that we are not going to be quiet until they keep their word.

I was told the lake would be starting early next year and would be completed by the end of it. I purchased my block of land in 2015. We purchased our block of land due to this information. 2018 has already begun and im sure this will be yet another year of waiting and broken promises.
We had covenant expectations that we had to adhere to...you should be held accountable & build the lake..”lakeside living” advertising is false...time to be accountable Urbex & put your money where your mouth is & build the promised lake
Having the lake is one of the reason why we buy the land in Capestone. where is the lake now? the lake size is getting smaller according to master plan. there is a lot of mosquito around the lake area, apparently it looks like dead pond. don't tell us a lie. we want the lake as original plan!
We moved in 2014 into stage 1 and the lake was meant to ‘start being constructed’ in 2015 and was touted by salesman Phil as going to be ‘over 40 hectare lake’ all false promises from salesman Phil.
We bought our land three years ago and were sold a salt water lake to swim and paddle board in with coffee shops etc. We are very disappointed as we have patiently waited for some progress and shops to be put in.

Urbex are too focused on selling blocks of land and ripping us off rather then putting in something that is not going to earn them any money. They also ripped of some of the Park size on Gilmour Street by putting houses on the end of the park - these were not on the master plan so I have no doubt that the lake will also be smaller than what was originally shown on the master plan. Lies, lies and more lies!!!!
I agree you want to charge over 400k for land near the lake or should I say pond

Urbex please provide a documented statement with commitment to a timeline for the sake of transparency and accountability regarding the lake of Capestone.
