We bought our land in 2015 and definitely expected the lake to be constructed by now as per the advertising “Lakeside living the way it should be”. Urbex are too focused on selling blocks of land and ripping us off rather then putting in something that is not going to earn them any money. They also ripped of some of the Park size on Gilmour Street by putting houses on the end of the park - these were not on the master plan so I have no doubt that the lake will also be smaller than what was originally shown on the master plan. Lies, lies and more lies!!!!

It’s on the master plan, advertised as lakeside living. What’s the reason for the delay? The lake is one of the reasons we are building in Capestone.

A big part of buying my land was the lake and shopping precint. Over 2 years on and its more fakeside living and not much else. Urbex need to step up and make good on their slogan... lakeside living the way it should be!!!

The blocks in Capestone have been purchased with misleading information! The lake is just one. They have sold these blocks saying lakeside living. When all we have is Mossie infested marsh.
