This petition is for the proposal to build a dog park at Yorktown's Sparkle Lake park. Residents of Yorktown deserve great public gathering spaces, and the addition of a dog park and other amenities and updates to the currently underutilized sparkle lake park would give Yorktown residents a wonderful place to bring family and pets.
