Final supporters
This is a petition to release a live album featuring Buddy Holly. Surviving audio and footage could be remastered and released on a CD+DVD. It would be a great project to do, as well as to make the younger generation know who Buddy Holly is and what an impact he had on music.

I have spent the last few nights digitizing old clips to get a better sense of what could be restored for this release. Your messages about why Buddy Holly still matters to you keep me focused on the goal of getting this music out to the world.

This sounds so awesome! As a Beatles fan, Buddy Holly means a lot: without him, possibly no Beatles! And I want to hear that music too. ;)
As a life long admirer of Buddy Holly, and I was lucky enough to see him on his UK tour, this is wonderful news, and I support this petitiob 100%
Love his music, been too His Place in Lubbock, Texas 2014, Museum, Cemetery . Met Mrs Holly at the museum, She is a very nice and Gracious Lady ! some folks should;open up their eyes and hearts for Maria Holly ! We had a great time their, Mrs Holly and my 4 yr daughter matched fingernail polish color's :) she taked with us like we were old friends !
I love Buddy Holly (as both a musician and an inspiration to some of the greatest musicians of all time) so a live album would be the perfect little piece of homage to give to him. :)

I don't know much about Buddy Holly, but I love the idea this brings to the table. As a diehard Beatlemaniac myself, I understand the importance of having the music you love at your disposal. I will fully support this and continue to be involved, and maybe I'll even pick up a thing or two from some of you who have loved Buddy Holly for a long time. I sincerely hope we can make this project a success.
