I would like a refund. Never received the product or updates.

First and last kickstarter experience.

On going claim of monthly updates that doesn't happen. Unresponsive to backers communication.

Feel very cheated

Please could I have a refund from this campaign? It is obviously not going to work and they have just taken everyone’s money.

This is insane. I demand a refund so I can afford a real working fitness tracker. No more chasing the dragon waiting for a product that will never exist.

I have lost complete trust on this company and want a refund.

The lack of communication is appalling and the lack of product is unacceptable. Nothing about this campaign has been legitimate other than my disappointment.

It has been over a year, with no updates, no engineers listed on company's website, but they still are taking "pre-orders" Over a year delayed, with NO feedback from creators.

They have held on to our money for way too long already with complete lack of proper communication - they are a scam - even if they manage to build the product, I think it will be sub-standard in every way
