BSX LVL refund request

I really had faith that these guys were gonna be true to their word

Please fully refund me, since I did not receive backed product.

Refunds demanded. Anything to the contrary is theft.

Communications and total lack of transparency make me think they are hiding some major failures or even fraud. Took money and didn’t deliver. Need to take responsibility and face the music or deliver. Pretty simple. Had plenty of time.

I definitely feel like this was a scam, this "product" was advertised as having a working prototype and all the kickstarter was intended for was to help pay for the manufacturing costs of bringing this product to the market. Turns out they never had a working prototype, just an idea and a 3d model. This is going to be year 2, the software and sensors are still in development, and the actual hardwear is the size of a 80's walkman. Kickstarter let us down by not getting our money back from these scammers.

Agree with the others. Poor to zero updates. I want a full refund asap and feel all the well intended backers have been mislead.

we were scamed

Either we need more frequent updates, or we need a delivery date. If we can't have either, then we really need some or all of our money back.

I have no confidence that this product will ever come to fruition. They claimed to be far along with development, but I believe they took our money and ran (almost 2 years ago)

Back based on lot of information about the prototypes and images of the technology but clearly miles away from a realization. Can see when they run out of funding moving to another product name or finding a way around honoring commitments. Shocking
