I have already pre ordered a unit and the company doesn't accept to make a refund even though they promised to deliver in summer 2017 but they have shifted it to summer 2018.

I requested a refund via failure to deliver through my credit card. They gave some BS response that they are still working on over a year later....I want my refund plus interest.
