I logged on this morning and just stared at the screen because I honestly cannot believe how many people have stepped up for Dr. Kory. Seeing this kind of energy makes me feel like maybe things are not as fixed as the administration wants us to believe they are.

Without her the program is gonna fall apart. She was the one who actually helped me through the tough semesters.
BRING HER BACK. shes the best mentor there is
Dr. Kory is the whole reason I picked Akron. She actually cares about the students and knows how to guide us. This makes no sense at all.
why would they fire her?? shes literally the only advisor who answers emails in a timely manner. total mistake.
Unbelievable. The department is really gonna lose a lot of good students over this choice. She is amazing.

She was always in our corner. This is a huge loss for every single one of us.
