On 2/28/2022, Bria Ballard was let go from the Walt Disney Company after being investigated for eating a chicken nugget placed between two kids' buns during her shift. Out of the 20 cast member's statements that had been collected, only 2 people claimed they saw Bria eat the chicken nugget, but that was enough evidence to have labor relations suggest letting her go.
By suggestion of the union, this petition was created in order to show that Bria's coworkers believe this decision was made too hastily. It doesn't reflect the previous four years of good behavior and hard work that she's put into the company, nor does it reflect her clean record card up to this point. Bria has not been reported in the past for eating food while on the job, and has nothing on her record card suggesting that she has had a history of bad behaviors. 18 out of 20 statements agreeing that she would not do such a thing should be taken into higher consideration.

The volume of support for Bria has reached a point where the company can no longer ignore the collective record of her coworkers. I am currently finalizing a formal request to deliver these statements directly to Labor Relations by the end of the week.

Bria is great. She helped me learn the ropes when I started and she never breaks the rules. Give her the job back!

Working with Bria has always been pleasurable! She is a hard worker and always great to be around.
I’ve worked with Bria tons of times and what they are saying she did doesn’t sound like her at all. Shes very smart and would never risk her job over something stupid like eating on the clock. Disney do the right thing and give her back her job!
As one of Brias leads at festivals, I have never known her to behave in that matter. She's always been a good worker and deserves to reinstated

This is honestly ridiculous. I know Bria and she is one of the most reliable people on our team. Firing her over a nugget is just unfair management.
