On 2/28/2022, Bria Ballard was let go from the Walt Disney Company after being investigated for eating a chicken nugget placed between two kids' buns during her shift. Out of the 20 cast member's statements that had been collected, only 2 people claimed they saw Bria eat the chicken nugget, but that was enough evidence to have labor relations suggest letting her go.

By suggestion of the union, this petition was created in order to show that Bria's coworkers believe this decision was made too hastily. It doesn't reflect the previous four years of good behavior and hard work that she's put into the company, nor does it reflect her clean record card up to this point. Bria has not been reported in the past for eating food while on the job, and has nothing on her record card suggesting that she has had a history of bad behaviors. 18 out of 20 statements agreeing that she would not do such a thing should be taken into higher consideration.
