Bring Ray Haizlip back to Lifetime Fitness Algonquin

While I didn't know Ray personally, he always had a friendly greeting for me. He was always making sure the club was clean and did whatever job needed doing.

I've been a member since day 1 at LT, Ray is the first and only GM I ever knew . The other ones did not leave any kind of a mark. I mean no disrespect when I say that . My point is Ray went out of his way to get to know us. He came in to group fitness classes just to say hi ( and sometimes even joined us). I'm friends with a lot of instructors and you could actually see the dynamic change when he came aboard. You could see and feel the club pull together more as a community and not just a place people go to workout . He's one of a kind!

Ray was by far the BEST GM Lifetime - Algonquin had in the past 7 years that I have been a member.

I've never seen a manager walk around and pick up garbage. The man is willing to do the dirty work to make sure his members are happy. He treats my kids like they're family. This is really disturbing he's gone. Corporate made a HUGE mistake.

It was a shame to hear that Ray was no longer with the club. You could always count on him to answer any questions you had, and help in any way needed. Every now and then I would get a phone call from Ray asking how our experience was at lifetime, and if there was anything he could do to make it better. My answer was always the same, "everything is great Ray, you guys always do a fantastic job!". It's the little things like that, that made him a great asset to the club. Give him another chance!

Being a member for 7 at LTF In Algonquin Ray was there to help with any issues member have and no one better than hi . He really care about our LTF very visible and great manager in compliance!

Ray is amazing. He has always been dedicated to making lifetime in Algonquin a place of excellence and was on a roll making positive changes. It was a mistake to let him go especially so suddenly due to a small complaint. I say let's give him another chance to see the club flourish!

Ray is a class act and deserves to be treated better than he is right now. Best GM this gym has ever had...period.

Ray is the most hardworking man I have seen in the gym, always greeting people with a beautiful smile on his face, he checks every machine to make sure it's working, he cleans up anything on the floor, checks by the weights and make sure everything is in the right place.

Ray was an awesome manager who always was at work with a smile on his face and interacted with all the guests which you don't see a lot these days. Bring Ray back!!!

Ray made LT Algonquin the great club that it is today. I always told him that he was the hardest working guy there!! Ray told me that he has never worked a day in his years at Lifetime...that's how much the man loves his job!

Ray is really apart of the Algonquin lifetime family. He has left positive impressions on the majority of members and staff and not having him here has brought a dark cloud over the entire facility.

Ray is a perfect person for this job. No one else could do a better job than him. He knew all his employees by name as well as my children. He knew all his members by name and if there was a way he could work with you on whatever u needed he would do the best that he can. He is the best!!! Bring Ray back!!!
