Ray is my nephew. He has had the strength and attitude to overcome much adversity; starting from childhood. As so many of you have noted, he has not only a tremendous asset to organizations, but also to so many people. Please give Ray a second chance. I know Ray has given second chances to many in his life. God Bless you all.

He is the greatest manager in the industry. I worked in facilities that he had managed in the past and everyone will always preach to what a great leader and man he is.

Anyone that will try to replace Ray is in second place with a steep, uphill battle. He/she had better be in great shape

He is hands down the best! Couple weeks ago I saw him picking up trash in the parking lot I mean what general manager does that?

I have been a member since the gym opened & I agree that the gym is better than ever since Ray has been there! He listens to concerns and actually takes care of them. He does walk the floors to make sure equipment is clean and working. He does acknowledge members by name and has promoted an excellent atmosphere that has never been there before. I hope Ray will be able to continue in his position for the sake of the members!!

Before Ray haizlip joined Lifetime in Algonquin, we had mens drinking fountain in the locker not workink for 2weeks. The whirlpool was hardly ever working. The machines for exercizing had out of order signs all over the place. The club was filthy .Mens shower curtains were ragged. Ray restored everything and made the club something you could be proud at.

So disturbing to me that someone with his genuine appeal and nature would be let go. Makes me think about Lifetimes corporate nature. May not be th perfect gym for me in my future travels.

Ray has been there to make sure the gym was running smoothly and always greeted my children and I with a smile. He's missed terribly and I'd love to have him back at Lifetime.

I have been a member since I was in the Kids Club and now I bring my children there. I can't tell you how many times I have come in to see Ray sitting on the floor reading stories to all the kids around him completely engaged in the story. Ray is by far the best thing that has ever happened to our club. Everyone seems to know him but more importantly he knows everyone, who does that... Every employee I speak with talks about how muck love and respect they have for him. He has completely changed the the culture of our club, from the better! Actually, I feel sorry for the person that you send in to fill his shoes.
