WE DID IT!! THE CHAMPIONSHIP IS FINALLY COMING WEST!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STANDING WITH THIS VISION BECAUSE NOW EVERY RIDER ACROSS THE COUNTRY HAS A REAL CHANCE TO COMPETE!! LET US KEEP THE ENERGY HIGH AND START PREPARING FOR AN EPIC SHOW!!
I support the USDF Dressage National Final rotating between regions. The competition should most accurately represent the entire USDF membership, and provide as equal an opportunity as possible for all members to attend at some point.
A USDF Dressage National Final should celebrate horses, riders, their relationship and dressage training nationwide. It transcends venue.
South Point casino in Las Vegas has 1200 climate controlled stalls and they are hosting a CDI in January. There are facilities that can handle a west coast final. ROTATE and give all USDF members a shot at participating!

I was there at 2015 USDF convention. I think Region 6 & 7 presented very valid arguments for the USDF Finals to be hosted in West on alternate years. Rotating championships location would help promote Dressage throughout country.

Until we rotate the Finals to the West Coast, we cannot call this truly a "National" Competition. Many in the West cannot afford to ship or travel across the country. Either give scholarships to the West Coast riders so we can fly our horses out...or rotate the Finals between the coasts. Let's be inclusive and fair to ALL our riders.

When I was a Delegate at the San Diego Convention we, Region 7, were told that the National Championship would rotate after the first three years. As a member, I believe that it should be held on the west coast in the near future.

It is only fair for a country this big. Going to Kentucky is a major hardship for anyone who works or is not wealthy. Dressage gets enough bad press about being elitist, this just reinforces it.

Absolutely the finals should rotate between regions. Living in California, financially there is no way I could make it to Kentucky for the finals. A location in the Western US on alternating years would make finals a realistic option for many.
