This program has been delivered in my classroom. I have witnessed my students using the strategies Rick taught them. These strategies are are simple, effective and accessible to all students.
This program really helped me and my classmates hopefully I can see it helping others too!

This curriculum is research-based (research began in 1989) and it has indicated that students who participated in the Keepin' it Real program have shown lower rates of drug/alcohol use than those students who have not participated. Our students need this type of leadership in the middle grades in order to build their confidence for when they enter high school. It is a vitally important program.
