The way the infrastructure in Douglas has grown and built up, there has come a time to start listening to the people of Douglas. If Goody's, Rue 21, and the other new retail stores that have opened up recently can make it in Douglas, then surely a Target could! Bring a Target to Douglas, and not only will the people of Douglas take advantage of it, but also those who live too far from the ones in Valdosta and Albany!
