The local economic landscape requires fresh investment to serve our community effectively. I am currently drafting formal correspondence to corporate leadership regarding the vacant space at the mall to ensure our interest remains noted.

I have been saying for many years now that Hermitage needed a store like Target. We have the population and economy to support it. The surrounding towns would also come to Hermitage to shop there, bringing with them the added revenue. There seriously needs to be more options in this area besides Walmart to shop at. The last thing this area needs is another restaurant, Dollar General or car wash. Please make this happen.
I love the Niles Target but hate driving 30 minutes to get there! This would eliminate the long drive from Hermitage.
We need a Target. We have lost Macy’s Sears and now Kmart. Give Walmart some competition
I do not shop at Walmart, because of their unethical business practices, but driving to Niles, or to the Pittsburgh area to buy the laundry detergent I’m not allergic to seems like an excessive hardship. Not to mention that Target has really nice clothes, especially stylish maternity stuff. I really cannot imagine that introducing a Target store locally could possibly be a bad thing.
Lifelong area resident. Mercer County is undergoing a massive decline. Many stores are closing, our mall is on its last leg, and we need to travel out of state to shop. Pretty soon all we will have is Wal-Mart. We would like to see this area thrive again.

I had suggested this a long time ago. It would be nice but not sure at this point if it's even possible?

This is incredibly needed for this area! Think of the tax revenue it will bring in, drawing people from the surrounding areas!
