There is a huge market for Rosas in Houston, especially in teh Katy and Woodlands area with the high population of oilfield workers who have cycled through the Permian Basin!

Houston has tons of great food but nothing that fits perfectly in the upscale quick service Tex-Mex space like Rosa's! Their fajitas are the best bang-for-your-buck this side of your own back yard and don't even get me started on how fresh the salsa bar is! Last but not least, we have a family of eight and we can enjoy a nice meal for no mucho. Rosa's Cafe, we need you back in our lives -- in Missouri City if it's not too much trouble.

I have lived in 2 cities with Rosa's Cafe and it is one of the best options for family taco night other than at home! Please come to Houston, where my family moved last year. We miss Rosa's!
