I was born and raised in Midland Texas where Bobby Cox opened up one of three chains of restaurants which was Rosa's Cafe I love it very much and now that I'm the Galveston County resident if he was to open one in Houston I would go to it

I recently ate at Rosa's Cafe in Austin while visiting my nephew. If Rosa's Cafe was in Houston, I'd definitely be one of your loyal and frequent customers.
