Rosa’s is delicious!!! We ate at the one on Milwaukee Street in Lubbock in July of 2019 while visiting our Daughter. I must say that we were thoroughly and overwhelmingly impressed with the service, food, and the decor of the restaurant!!! My Wife and I still talk about Rosa’s to this very day!!! Please put multiple locations in the Greater Houston Area!!!

The Humble/Atascocita area desperately needs a Rosa’s Cafe too! I also grew up in Odessa and frequented the location on 8th street!

I have to drive to college station to get my fill of roas's. It would be nice to have a much shorter dive, and to see taco cabana run for for the hills because their food is garbage compared to Roas's food

Please Come to Houston. We lived just north of your Lewisville (The Colony) location and frequented 1-2 times per week and often took friends there. We would do the same in Houston if you were here. I know Rosa’s would be big in Houston. Thanks for cosidering expansion.
