Having moved from the UK to Canada last year, I have discovered that my favourite vegetarian meat brand, quorn, has been banned in Canada. For myself and many other English expats in Canada, quorn was a quick and easy way to cook delicious food that had all the protein that as a vegetarian, is hard to get- especially if your a fussy eater or don't like fish! Please help us change the law! :) thank you all in advance:)
I have started drafting a formal inquiry to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency regarding the current regulatory barriers for Quorn products. My next step is to compile the specific feedback from this petition to present as evidence of consumer demand in a follow up meeting with trade representatives.

I would love to buy Quorn products in Canada. There is a lack of tasty vegetarian meat alternative food here.

From the US, and I love Quorn! Thankfully, I'm close to the border, so I can bring it back to my Ontario home when I cross.
