Masterfoods UK has manufactured its products using vegetarian alternatives for many years. Now it is trying to force us to change our principles by saying that only \'diligent\' vegetarians should have a problem eating its confectionery bars (including Mars, Milky Way, Bounty, Snickers, Galaxy, Twix and Maltesers) which, as of 1 May 2007, have been processed using animal rennet. This is a backward move and we, the undersigned, demand that Masterfoods sources its dairy products from vegetarian suppliers. See http://www.vegsoc.org/news/2007/mars.html for more information.
I have spent my mornings reading through your stories about how hard it is to find snacks that align with your values. It is beyond frustrating that we have to fight for something that was once so simple and accessible. I am currently reaching out to their customer service team again to demand they listen to those who have supported them for years.

Seeing this momentum grow reminds me why I started this fight for my own diet and my own conscience. It is incredible to see so many of you refusing to compromise on your values just to satisfy a company that clearly stopped listening to us.
