We the undersigned hereby demand that the Canadian government reinstate the tariff free import status of all kosher cheese products from the United States. As Canadian citizens we have inalienable rights to be able to excercise our free choice to continue to have equal access to previously fully available kosher cheeses from the United States. Only communist and fascist regimes would dictate what available products their citizens may have access to. We do not want to be dictated to.
I have spent hours reading your notes about how difficult it has become to find affordable kosher cheese for your families. Dealing with these new import barriers feels like a direct intrusion into our homes and kitchens. I am currently reaching out to trade officials to demand a clear explanation for why our access to these specific products was restricted.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels like a weight lifting off my chest because my family finally feels seen. Your support proves that our simple right to choose what we put on our table is something people across the country truly value.

It is ridiculous to limit our choices. The Canadian government should not dictate who can supply food as long as they abide by health regulations. This is especially true for those who follow strict religious dietary law. We are supposed to have freedom of religion. This type of control is unacceptable.

This government restriction is making obtaining kosher cheese very difficult & costly in the Maritime provinces! It is unacceptable.

My wife and I strongly encourage that you continue to allow the kosher cheeses imported as you have in the past. My wife (who is a professional kosher chef) usses these cheese's often, and respectfully request that they continue to be brought in. Thank you!

Please allow kosher American cheese into Canada in a timely & convenient manner. As kosher consumers, we won't buy non-kosher cheese & therefore Canadian companies won't lose their market share. In addition, we want the freedom to select the type of cheeses & to have competitive prices. More choices lead to better prices for consumers.

All other kosher products besides dairy there is a choice for the jewish community to decide to buy local products or not,why should dairy be different specially when the imported products are better in taste and quality

As a Kosher Consumer this has a big affect on our family. Our children are accustomed to specific brands of cheese and not having them available will make it very difficult for our family!

Kosher cheese is limited in this country. To have more of a choice, we need to import from the US and Israel.
