Philip was a child when he was taken into family services. In which he was made a ward of the court's and put up for adoption. During this time no one filed for his citizenship or looked out for his best interests. Many of these cases have been granted the rights to stay in Canada ,even with violent histories . Philip was not violent. Instead of providing him with support they deported him. Since then we have been constantly worrying for his safety and well being.
Philip needs to be reunited with his family.
