Phil is one of the best guys I know. Always so giving and kind willing to help anyone and is not afraid to volunteer his time to the community. He is a great Canadian.

Phil has a kind and gentle soul. He was always helpful with my family and children love his gentle giant nature. Keeping him from his loved ones here in Canada from being together is just unconcioable. With so much violence and hate in our lands now, we need more people like Phil

With all that evil that is occurring in this world, this is one that can be remedied. Return Phil to the friends and family that he has without a doubt, impacted with love and kindness. He never should have been removed in the first place
