Absolutely shocked to hear of joes dismissal. He’s a loyal employee loved by your patrons. As a business you should revisit your decision and take into account just how much Joe is loved by the locals. Honestly we have been going to smiths to see Joe for 23 years! That should mean something. He’s and honest man !! A Good man !!
