Joe IS Smith & Wollensky. He's an ICON, and the reason why so many have regularly returned for years on end, and who have no dount dropped $7 figure in business to Smith's over his tenure. Bring him back!!

For the 10 years I lived in SoFi, S&W was our Friday night watering hole, where friends and all the usual suspects gathered to eat, drink, and make merry together. My two favorite employees, the guys that turned me into a loyal regular, who treated me with just the right touch, who made me feel ever-welcome at S&W were the Maitre'D, Jaime (long gone) and Joe (arguably the best bartender of all time, the stuff that makes legends). I will always remember those great times there, and the central role Joe played in hosting a convivial evening around the bar. The guy is an institution. Bring him back or risk losing some of your loyal following to other nearby competitors. Keep the legend alive. Best wishes to you, Joe, no matter what happens. Love ya buddy!

Joe was the last good thing about this place and the only reason we continued going as the food and service continued to decline dramatically. Now we have no reason to return.

I travel to Florida 2 x's a month with a Saturday night expectation to sit at the Smith Bar where Joe is. I was not aware he was no longer there. If this is the case, I will go elsewhere or where ever Joe may be

For 15 years I have gone to Smiths . At first was all for just the scene and fun of it. But it was definitely Joe that made me always want to return.

Joe is and will always be the face for the regular customers at S&W. We ask you to reconsider your decision. After 25 years there must be a way. Unless you sit in front of Joe and have that wonderful experience you will never understand.
