The level of traction this initiative has gained demonstrates a clear consensus regarding our professional development needs. It is encouraging to see such strong alignment on the value a speaker of this caliber would add to our national event.

I think this will be encouraging for us to change our perspective on the current work situations we are dealing with. It’s no secret that we are in poor supply chain issues in multiple products and that all of our titles and territories are changing, that’s a lot. Let’s learn to channel the Good in each situation.
Good - Get up, dust off reload, recalibrate, reengage, and go out on the attack
It would be inspirational to hear Jocko speak at the NTM. I believe it would set the tone for our new leadership and could be motivating to the entire FSO and beyond.
We really need this energy right now. Things have been tough lately with the reorg and the constant changes but his mindset is exactly what the team needs to get back on track.
I read his book and I’ve heard his talk before. He’s a very powerful inspirational speaker.
This is a must
Love his messaging about solution-based mindset. Failure? GOOD - you learned.

This would be amazing! With Ethicon beginning the Challenger training Jocko’s views on Leadership, Execution, and Training couldn’t come at a better time for this organization. Please make this happen!
