As most of you should know, Joshua Miller is a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Eduardo De Lima of Gracie Barra. He currently owns and teaches Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra in Augusta, GA.
Joshua currently plans to accompany a team from his school to compete at the 2016 Pan American Championships, in Los Angeles, CA. Since he will be there to coach and cheer for his team, I would like you to help me encourage him to compete with the rest of his team.
Gracie Barra trains as a family, and competes as a family. To this end I feel the whole team in Augusta would benefit from Joshua competing with the rest of the team at the PanAms.
Great leaders inspire a good work ethic, courage, and competitive spirit. Please sign my petition and help me show Joshua we want to train and compete with him!

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the kindness shown here. This has grown well beyond what I ever imagined was possible when I first started this effort. It is clear that so many of you truly value what Joshua brings to our community.

Deciding to compete was one of the best decisions of my life. Professor Joshua is an incredible presence on the sideline. Clear, helpful, encouraging. You feel like a winner with him in your corner, no matter the results. It's time for him to get back in there.
Come on Josh get on the mats! Would love to see you out there representing Augusta with the rest of the crew.
