I am currently finalizing a formal proposal for the Wigan Council traffic department that details the congestion caused by the current turn restrictions. This document incorporates the specific route data provided by local residents to justify a full review of the junction layout.

The scale of this response confirms the urgency of the traffic issues at the A49 junction. I have sent the current list to the Wigan Council transport department to formally request a meeting regarding the intersection design.

Absolute nightmare trying to get home every single day. The traffic at the roundabout is bad enough without this nonsense.
Used to be fine before they changed it. Makes no sense to add all this extra time to my commute for nothing.

Fix this now!! Sick of sitting in queues just because they decided to block the turn off.
