The mayor agreed to reinstate my position after these long months of fighting for what is right. I am drained from this battle but finally ready to head back to the pool where I belong. Thank you for staying by my side when things looked bleak.

Final supporters
My name is Chris Harvey. I have managed the Benton City Pool for 15 years, until I was wrongly fired fordisciplining my own child. I would like to return as pool manager in 2013. My family and I have spent many summers at the pool. Many of our pool customers have been like family to us. The goal of this petition is to ask the mayor to reinstate me as pool manager soI can continue making a positive impact in the Benton Community.

Seeing this much support for my return is heavy and humbling. The path ahead remains long and difficult but this momentum tells me our community is not ready to let this go.

The city council needs to get their priorities straight. He was doing his job and raising his kid. Leave him alone.
TOTAL GARBAGE. HE WAS JUST BEING A DAD. BRING HIM BACK NOW!
My kids love Chris. He kept that place safe and fun for everyone. This is so unfair to him and his family.
Bring him back. Nobody knows that pool like he does.
15 years of service down the drain over nothing. Ridiculous.
