Bring Digme's Matrix HIIT classes to Richmond!

Aloha

We are hugely excited about the opportunity to bring our highly acclaimed HIIT concept, Matrix, to the amazing Richmond community, but we need your help!

Matrix has proved incredibly popular at both our Oxford and Blackfriars studios. It is a ground-breaking three-station workout that works your cardio system, improves your strength and stability and increases range of motion. If you'd like to read more about the Matrix concept, please see our blog - for example a recent post on our new variant Matrix Run, here.

We have agreed terms on the rear portion of the ground floor Spencer House to bring a new world class 30-person HIIT studio to Richmond in addition to our existing spin studio. We will be adding extra changing facilities. The total space will also incorporate the Digme Head Office, a personal training space and a series of treatment rooms for general therapy and medical usages. These will be sublet rather than part of Digme's core offering but nonetheless will add value to our customers by providing a conveniently located high quality range of health & wellness services and options.

Although we know from having talked to so many of you over the last year how much you'd like us to bring Matrix to Richmond, we need to quantifiably demonstrate this the Council. As such, to convince the Council that this would be a great addition to Central Richmond, we'd really appreciate you signing our petition below to show your support.

Thanks in advance!

Mahalo

Reaching the first hundred signatures will demonstrate to the local council that our goal for a new fitness space carries genuine weight. Please consider sending the link to someone in your neighborhood who values community health so we can cross this threshold together.

I support the Digme Matrix HIIT classes expansion at Spencer House. I worked in Spencer House for 7 years and hate to see it empty. Much needed services to Richmond town centre that don’t currently exist.

Hi Gordon - perhaps this is stating the obvious, but this expansion would add a lot of extra shower and locker capacity to Richmond as well, so it should definitely speed up the shower experience at those really busy times. Hope that helps!

We need this in Richmond! Its an absolutely amazing concept to keep runners strong. with so many runners in the area and so many running injuries, this would really help keep bodies strong and healthy!

I'm a regular at Digme Richmond in their RIDE workouts and would definitely attend their MATRIX workouts, if available in Richmond. What's more, my wife, who doesn't enjoy indoor cycling, would definitely sign up for MATRIX as it's a running based workout.

I live in the Alberts area in Richmond. I currently attend HIIT classes by my office as there is no such offering in Richmond. I have been after this sort of class in Richmond for over a year and fully support this application. Stacey

there is nothing like this in Richmond. the cycling studio has been a phenomenal community success (supporting local charities and bringing people together) and would be wonderful to see it expanded to include HIIT training
