Save the Rumble Class at Virgin Active Claremonte

Dear Virgin Active Claremont Management and Executive Team,
We, the loyal members of Virgin Active Claremont, are writing to formally voice our strong disappointment regarding the decision to cancel our Rumble boxing classes.
Rumble is not just another time slot on the Virgin Active app timetable; it is a cornerstone of our weekly fitness routines. These high-energy, zero-contact boxing sessions provide incredible cardiovascular health, strength, and stress relief for an incredibly dedicated community of members in the Southern Suburbs.
Taking away this class removes a massive piece of the value we pay for in our monthly memberships. Group exercise is what keeps many of us motivated, connected, and coming through the gym doors.
By signing this petition, we are asking Virgin Active Management to:
- Reverse the decision to cancel the Rumble class at the Claremont club.
- Keep the classes on the schedule with our dedicated instructor Sanele who motivate us every week.
- Recognise the demand from the paying members who consistently book out these slots.
Please do not cut the classes that your members love the most. Let us keep our gloves on, and let's keep the Claremont community moving!

The intensity of the class is one the reasons Rumble is part of my fitness journey. It would be devastating to stop the class as we have invested in the boxing gloves and build a community of regular punchers.
We need this class to stay. I attend it with my whole family. It is a great way for my kids to stay fit as there are no other teenager or younger kids' centric options on the calender.
Rumble class is such a vibe! 🥊🔥 We love the energy, the music, the intensity, and the amazing feeling after every session💪
I love this community and the classes have been incredible for my mental health
Rumble has been a big part of my fitness journey and I dont want to lose out on this

I rejoined Virgin Active specifically for Sanele’s Rumble classes. This class is not just a class for many of the women who take it. It is a place where we feel strong, aggressive and empowered enough to fight and develop the strength we hope to never need to protect ourselves physically. No other class gives this space to fight. Taking it away would be a terrible move.
