This would be a welcomed event place for the Albemarle community.

While collaboration and open arms empower community and give greater voice, opposition for opposition’s sake begets only isolation for the opposition. That has always been the nature of the diversification of the rural experience in Northern Albemarle . We as rural land owners in Northern Albemarle already line the shores m of the Rivanna in celebration of the UVa Rowing Teams. To reject the opportunity to do so at our own leisure in celebration of our own community would be pretty stupid. And frankly we’re not that dumb and that’s why we thank the team at champion for proffering the opportunity.

This will be a welcomed and much needed addition to our county. Offerings for food and beverage are few and far between. We need to diversify offerings in the area and I couldn't think of a better tenant than the team at Champion.

I have been a neighbor of champion in Charlottesville since they opened and enjoyed many afternoons there; they are great neighbors and I hope the county will welcome them.

Champion Brewery would be a great neighbor. I’ve been a follower for years, it’s a great organization and we support the new location 100%.

Kayak in/Kayak out. family friendly place to hang out? YES PLEASE! I am also happy to share the roads I drive on daily with this business. Just because beer will be served does not automatically equal impaired driving. Welcome to the neighborhood, Camp Champion!

People often talk about corporations doing good, but rarely does the company put money where there mouth is. Champion does. They are great neighbors and do exceptional work. And the beer and food are good too.

I think the idea of a camp-themed farm brewery is a unique idea and is a great fit for the reservoir area. I look forward to being able to enjoy both the area's natural beauty and a good beer.
