No reason to do this, many kids want to take 0 and it only increases class sizes

Students need the option of zero period . For all athletes or non athletes . There are many class to choose from have zero period makes it easier for students to get the class they really want . Please let all kids have the opportunity to choose zero period.

I wish there was another way to give the students more opportunities to get the classes they need during the regular school day, but eliminating 0 period doesn’t seem to take on this larger challenge.

There’s no good reason to get rid of zero period, so many kids utilize it and it’s really helpful in so many manners.

For students with a 6th period sport, it can be challenging to meet the expectations of high caliber colleges without having six academic periods a year. Students at Mira Costa are ambitious and it seems a shame to limit them by cutting back on zero period class offerings.

I NEED zero period to keep my schedule manageable and feasible. Without zero period I might get burnt out or be unable to continue with extracurriculars and fun classes.
