whenb will school mamanegement finally wake up to the realisation that accidents do happen, even OFSTED have recognised the acceptability of risks in the educational workplace. get a life managers and get some guts to reinstate this teacher!

What a lot of fuss. When I taught pupils were caned and there were injuries, yet no-one complained about that. it was recognised as an acceptable form of punishment and deliberate. This was an accident which caused no injury. Reinstate him. Don't take an amazing teaher out of the classroom for this. We need all the good teachers we can get!!!
